We’re based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, although our team conducts surveys across the UK and northern Europe.
What does your mission statement say about you?
Our mission is to provide an efficient, cost effective and prompt professional geomatic survey service. We can only fulfil this by investing wisely in the latest survey and computer technologies and by remaining aware of the scientific advances in our own and allied industries. And, thanks to a careful personnel selection process that’s supported by continual in-house training and development, the Siteline team can stand by the commitment we make to our clients to provide quality, accuracy and excellence across our operations.How much do you charge for surveys?
Individual fees apply to each contract and, on receipt of details such as site location, the area to be covered and the level of specification, an assessment is carried out and a fixed quotation is prepared. If this involves a site visit, the service is free and there is no obligation to place an instruction.
Do you survey listed buildings?
Yes, many of our measured building surveys are of listed or historic buildings for conservation and restoration projects.
Do you carry out ground investigation or soil sampling?
No, but we work closely with a number of companies that do and will be happy to make recommendations.
Do you carry out structural surveys?
No, this is a job for qualified building surveyors or structural engineers. We’re happy to recommend organisations to you.
What size surveys do you conduct?
Siteline conducts all sizes of surveys, from small back gardens to strategic development sites that cover hundreds of acres.
Do you use CAD?
Yes, all of our surveyors are experienced CAD operators and we employ specialist CAD technicians who can output data in a wide range of formats, which can be supplied on disc or by email.
What format are Siteline survey results supplied in?
We can provide survey results digitally in 2D and 3D formats for all proprietry systems or as a hard copy in colour or black and white, on paper or draughting film. You specify your preferred format and we’ll supply it!
